About Joe Belz

Joe started his real estate career in 1990 in sales and marketing for a Naples FL developer. Quickly understanding the importance of market research Joe took on the role of Senior Market Analyst for a Naples based research firm. He implemented the use of research to understand real estate activity for strategic decision making. Analysis of market statistics remained a valued tool Joe used every day.

Within a few years a Fortune 500 homebuilding company recruited Joe where he worked his way up to an operations manager role overseeing sales and construction of hundreds of homes annually. He was involved in the acquisition, development, sales and marketing, asset management and disposition of properties.

Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities motivated Joe to leave the corporate world and start his own development company and boutique brokerage firm. The development company produces homes and condominiums in some of Naples’ most sought after communities. The brokerage firm specializes in representing builders and developers as well as listing & selling high end properties in the most desired areas of Naples. Joe’s teams of agents are consistent leaders in per-person productivity.

Belief in giving back to the community he lives in and helping others is evidenced by Joe being a founding board member of Pan-Florida Challenge Inc., an organization committed to feeding hungry kids across Florida. Joe is also a major supporter of Habitat For Humanity of Collier County.
