Mustique of Olde Naples
The prime location of this half acre plus site made the original collection of small homes and a multifamily building obsolete. A new plat was put before the City of Naples to rezone the former multiple family parcel as four new single family lots in keeping with the typical downtown Naples homebuyer profile and was approved. The project sold out before the first home was complete.
